Art Show in Klepp Rådhus, Rogaland.

Sept 23, 24 & 25.   this time with my brother Arnstein D.Gulsett This is only the 3rd time
we are having an artshow together...and the first time in this area of Norway.

Da er neste Kunstutstilling den 23,24 og 25 September   I klepp Rådhus på Klepp, Rogaland.
Denne gangen sammen med min bror Arnstein D. Gulsett.
Vi har kun hatt utstilling samme to ganger før ,men dette er da første gangen i Rogaland.

Separatutstilling i Fotland Mølle,Rogaland April/Mai 2016

Ja, da var det dags for en ny Utstilling
Denne gangen blir det i en gammel nedlagt kvern som heter Fotland Mølle på Jæren.
Åpningsdagen er April 24..

April 24 & Mai 1,5,8,15 and 16.

Somewhere between 30 and 40 paintings to be shown this time.
Also a group of portraits.

I have about 10 motives from Gjesdal area in this show, From the Figgjo river etc.

          After a pause from painting from dec 22..... I was back painting again Jan 4th.
 Feels good.
I was painting 5 portraits the last two month of dec 2014, back to back. So yes, it was a bit much, but also very enjoyable.
Change coming here on my website is that all the Portraits will be in a seperate folder. Thanks Ørjan!

A lot of Portait painting going on here

   As you probably noticed..you dont find me here often!
I rather be painting. And talking about about painting ...it has been a lot of that going on.
The last few years it has been more portraitpainting than anything else. I am so enjoying it  :)

Today dec 19th 2014 I am working on the last portrait of the year ...it will be done just in time
for Christmas. Good thing that I already finished all the cookie baking.
Even the Christmas tree is up and decorated...love this time of the year!

Well I usually have a Show once a year..except this year.So have to do something about that in 2015.

2012 & 2013 I had first a show in Hidra again

Than I had a  Show in Olberg,Rogaland by the coast.

Some of the later portraits will be posted here after Christmas.

Different Show July 23 - 31 2011

July 23 is the opening of my solo show in Folldal, Norway
and it is going until July 31 .
After the last show here I recieved 5 portrait orders from this very area...and so on opening day
at 12 noon it will be a reveal..with all the subjects present and a couple of newspapers
This will be very special.
It is my 7th show since the first one in Norway in 2002.

We will live in a mountaincabin with grass on the roof and all the oldtime decorations inside  :)
Mountain valley here we come!

Great time in the mountains of Romsdal,Norway

What a great time it was,
back to basics realy..we stayed 1000 m above ocean level..on top of a mountain
for about two weeks..
getting water from a mountain spring
cooking on propane tabletop stove
oh yes ..a lovely outhouse

The view was incredible..I was taking about 680 photos!
My new camera was in constant use.

Next year, last week of July 2011, I will be back with another show.
